Peter Nyffenegger presents Jellypipe at the KMU meeting
On Tuesday, May 29, 2018, Jellypipe Managing Director Peter Nyffenegger was able to present his company to 115 representatives of the Spiez economy (the “Spiezer Gwärblern”) in the ABZ Spiez and at the same time as a key note speaker into the world of 3D introduce pressure.
Bring added value back to the region
The focus of Nyffenegger’s presentation was the opportunity, thanks to digital business models, to added value in the region to retrieve. In order to illustrate this thought, he drove up on a “self-printed” bicycle. The message was to give an impression of how new approaches can be used to react to the changed Internet-oriented market conditions. “These bikes are usually produced in Asia. But thanks to 3D Duck, this added value now stays in our region!” says Nyffenegger. While the bike presented in Spiez was only a prototype, 3D Activation AG (of which Nyffenegger is also a managing director) is now already supplying regular regional customers.
More lectures
In addition, Jolanda Brunner, the mayor of Spiez and the Spiez location marketing manager, Stefan Seger, spoke at the SME meeting. Both dealt with Spiez as a business location from different perspectives.
While Brunner emphasizes the factors of a central location, good accessibility, good cooperation and the infrastructure that already exists in Spiez, Seger emphasized the harmony of the aspects for Spiez’s city marketing.
