In order to collaborate autocad / revit, I insert in AutoCAD the NWC file created for Revit by Navisworks ( Append ).
Updating the Revit file, updates the Navisworks NWF, but the chache file for Revit is locked by AutoCAD, so Navisworks is using a chache from the Temp directory.
If I close AutoCAD, then update my Revit file, NWF is OK, then I re-run AutoCAD, load the DWG, it is OK.
The NWC being locked is the issue to be resolved.
